1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Processing Time:
Orders typically take 2-5 business days for review, quality checks, and packaging.
During peak times (holidays, promotions), processing may extend to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee:
A flat fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of location.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by region, and these are approximate estimates:

  • United States: 8 – 14 business days

  • Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10 – 16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14 – 21 business days

Note: Seasonal demand or customs processing may cause slight delays.


3. Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Important:

  • Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to show

  • Delayed tracking doesn’t mean your order is lost β€” it’s still on its way!


4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Custom delays are beyond our control

  • Fees are usually minimal, but vary by country


5. Order Changes or Cancellations

We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@psoidmesy.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing starts, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.


6. Lost or Damaged Items

We’re committed to your satisfaction!

Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours

  • We’ll replace the item at no extra cost

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement for free
