Important: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging and proof of purchase are required

This policy complements our standard 30-day return window.


7. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card company may require additional time
